If this sounds familiar, we can help. MBCT is a FREE 8-week course to help patients with depression learn coping skills. You’ll learn how to manage distressing thoughts and feelings, as well as increase self-compassion and self-acceptance.

Program Format: 8 weeks, 2 hour classes, Wednesday afternoons
Prerequisite: Your family doctor must be a part of our network. If you need to be connected to one of our doctors, call us or go to our FIND A DOCTOR page.
