This an educational series to help participants identify and address negative thoughts that contribute to depression and anxiety. We provide information about ways to cope – such as practicing gratitude, setting boundaries, assertiveness training, anger management and more.
 

Program Format: 7 weeks, 2 hour classes 
Prerequisite: Your family doctor must be a part of our network. If you need to be connected to one of our doctors, call us or go to our FIND A DOCTOR page.
